1:1 Therapy

How we work

Sessions take place online via Microsoft Teams or in person at a therapy room in West Hampstead, London.

We begin with an inital consultation session - a chance to explore what you're looking for, what feels important, and whether we might be a good fit to work together. There's no pressure and no commitment at this stage.

What sessions look like

In our sessions, we might use creative arts activities - drawing, writing, movement, imagery - or somatic practices that help you tune into what's happening in your body and nervous system. We might also just talk.

We always work at your pace. There is no expectation that you'll use any particular creative approach. The most important thing is that you feel safe to bring what you need to sessions.

Frequently asked Questions

  • Many of the people I work with have previously felt pathologised - told, directly or indirectly, that their experiences were too much, or that trauma would always define them.

What I hope to offer is something different. A consistent, caring space where emotions are genuinely welcomed - and where, alongside that space, practical tools are woven in, so that the work doesn't just feel good in the room but creates real change outside of it.

Clients leave our work together having let go of things they carried for years. And many tell me that they genuinely look forward to their future.
