Beyond the therapy room, I offer workshops, organisational training and bespoke consultation - bringing creative, embodied and psychologically informed approaches to groups, organisations and events.
Workshops and Retreats
My workshops offer a space to slow down, learn new skills, and find community and collaboration in the process. Each one draws on creative arts, somatic practice and psychological insight — designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience.
Current workshop offerings:
The Emotional Body
An experiential workshop exploring the relationship between emotion and the body. Using somatic awareness, movement and creative reflection, participants develop a deeper understanding of how emotions live in the body — and how to work with them rather than against them.
Coming Home to Creativity
A workshop for anyone who has lost touch with their creative self. We explore what gets in the way of creative expression, and use practical, playful tools to find our way back — no artistic experience required.
Finding Ground Through Somatics
A grounding, embodied workshop drawing on somatic practices to support nervous system regulation, presence and a deeper sense of ease in the body.
All workshops can be designed and tailored for your retreat, event or organisation. Get in touch to discuss a bespoke offering.
Organisational Trainings
I work with organisations to develop psychologically informed, creative approaches to staff and community wellbeing. Training is always tailored to the specific context, culture and needs of the organisation.
Previous work includes:
Royal Ballet School
Designed and delivered the Healthy Dancer Curriculum in partnership with St Mary's University - a comprehensive mental health programme embedded across the school. Bespoke training topics have included body image resilience for ballet dancers, managing perfectionism, performance and sport psychology skills, and developing mental health culture through policy reform and staff training.
NHS CAMHS
Designed and delivered Creativity to Connect - a skill-based training for parents supporting children's emotional development through creative play.
Ineka Contemporary Dance Company
'I Can't Just Live Off Salad' — a facilitated therapeutic reflection on body image culture in dance, created and delivered for the company as a space for honest, supported conversation.
